    Conservatives should pivot to the failures of Mr. Biden's administration, of which Mr. Biden's mental acuity decline is not the main driver.

    The replacement will still be a woke doctrine advocate, still pushing climate change regulations, more taxes, and a host of other mistaken policies.

    The fact that these destructive policies were passed with the Democrat control of the legislature, becomes even more important now that SCOTUS has given the Executive Branch regulators a hair cut.

    Withdrawing from a presidential race does not require resigning from office. Lyndon Johnson did not do so in 1968. Harry Truman did not do so in 1952.

    Yes I see opinions with the claim Harris is also incompetent, but according to our constitution she should be President if Mr. Biden resigns. Just like Mr. Ford took over for Mr. Nixon. Any other action would be an attack on democracy.

    Yes, if President Biden was to resign from the office of POTUS, then Vice President Harris would become POTUS.

    Hey, Van, you are certainly entitled to support the Green Agenda. There is no need for you be defensive about it. I disagree with your push for EVs, but you are certainly entitled to your position on the issue.

    Ken, the car manufactures are now hesitant to push for EV implementation. My son works for Porsche and they scaled back.

    Once again a Calvinist posts a falsehood to vilify me. I support government efforts to provide clean air and water for its citizens. I do not support suppression of the use of fossil fuel in the USA. I favor "drill, baby drill."

    Consider why Mr. Biden has not resigned? If he pardoned himself or members of his family, would that hurt the Democrats at the ballot box? Probably. So if he stays on as President he can do it after the election if Mr. Trump wins.

    Why not trust Vice President Harris to do it as the lamb duck President if she loses the election? Mr. Biden's trust seems a low ebb.

    Just guesses, but the best I can do... :)
