Au contraire.Kinda sad that you think you are nothing more than a meat robot.
Man has a will. It just isn't free, until Christ sets one free. Even then, I'm bound by His love.

ay, there's the rub
Belief isn't a choice, it's a state of being.
Where did your faith come from? Were you born with it? Or did it come from hearing the Word of God?If you’re going to ask me silly questions, then I’m going to give you silly answers. Of course I didn’t participate in my birth. Next, you’re inevitably going to ask me if I participated in my second birth.
Au contraire.

Your entry to this world. Did God determine it, or were you just lucky?God is sovereign, that should be obvious to all that claim to be followers of Him. But what does that have to do with whether one trusts in Him or not?

Who said that? The elect are as much children of hell as anyone prior to the point in time that they are saved.@Ben1445 you have to remember that the cal's are saved before they even have faith.

That's true. The birthmark of election is faith.
What was the difference between you, who accepted, and the person who hears and rejects?
Please don’t say, “I accepted and they didn’t”.
Why? The only reason you can cite is that you were better than the other person.Gospel message, the only difference is that I did not resist and the other person did.
That's true. The birthmark of election is faith.
You're telling me that you can just turn belief on and off? That right now, you could simply choose to believe in Martians or Santa Claus? That is a rather dumb comment.
But you are a determinist after all so you really can not think for yourself as that requires the ability to make real choices.
You didn't answer my question. Many people hear the word of God and reject it, you do know that don't you.
Knowledge + Belief + Trust = Faith
Faith is believing that Christ is what He is said to be,
and that He will do what He has promised to do,
and then to expect this of Him.
We see this in scripture.
Eph 1:13 In whom also, you having heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, in whom also having trusted, were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Where did you think faith came from? Did you think God just dropped it intro your head, Oh right the C/R's do think He did just that. Problem is the bible does not support that view.
They came from Jesus.Of course you do as I do not support your false philosophy which is based on pagan teachings.
Have you ever checked out where those views you so proudly trumpet came from? You can not say from scripture as they are not found there.

To transfer from one state of being to another, a choice must be made.ay, there's the rub
Belief isn't a choice, it's a state of being.
They came from Jesus.
He made it quite plain.
Hearing the Word of God allows someone the information necessary to make a choice. To transfer from one state of being to another, a choice must be made.
That doesn't make any sense. You're either convinced something is true or you're not. It's quite out of your control. To transfer from one state of being to another, a choice must be made.
