Planting a church by Faith

From the Baptist Bulletin (Spring 2023) (the official organ of the GARBC)

First Baptist, Spring Valley, Calif, planted dix churches in twelve years. Someone might think only a large church can plant another church, but First Baptist has fewer than 1210 members.

Yes in 1988 i have started my gospel work.. after few months two people or three people are started come and hear the word of God.. by facing so many troubles and hardships .. God blessed my work.. Now 37 years passed.. many churches are established and work is running well..
God helped us to plant churches

"Pastors should be training their successors. New pastors rise from churches, not seminaries. Paul told Timothy to look for faithful men who will be able to teach others also (2 Timothy 2:2). We must follow the biblical example of leadership training in the local church." (from the linked article)

I agree full heartedly, our local churches need to be discipling future leaders, church planters, evangelists, and teachers.

I think a healthy church would not need to totally import its staff, but rather its staff would be a mix of home grown and imported leaders.
