"ANALYSIS: After interviewing various experts, politicians and CIA officers, here’s my take on where we are today. I’ll be brief.
- Iran is running out of missiles and missile launchers to strike Israel. Their attacks have dropped 90%, based on the number of missiles per wave.
- Israel has complete air dominance over Tehran and Western Iran (possibly more), and Mossad has infiltrated the Iranian military and Government
- Iran is trying to end the war, seeking a deal with the U.S, and trying to avoid getting the US involved in the war.
- Threat against the assassination of the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei are either a bluff to force Iran to agree to a deal equivalent to surrender, or a genuine threat with the aim for regime change
- The U.S could get involved in a limited strike solely on Iran’s nuclear facilities. Iran’s response to this attack will dictate whether the U.S escalates its involvement
- If Israel seeks an Iranian regime change, this will be devastating for Iran and potentially the region. If their objective is simply an end to Iran’s nuclear program and NOT a regime change, then the mission will be accomplished very soon, possibly this week. Historically, regime changes almost never go as planned.
My heart goes out to all innocent life impacted in Iran, Israel, Yemen and Gaza.

Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters the morning after the attack. It has also has put 40,000 U.S. troops in the region on high alert for potential retaliation from Iran.
40,000 troops - Army size - = 7-10 divisions.

That's OUR stated objective, not necessarily Israel's. Besides, they've kicked the hornet's nest and as long as Iran is lobbing missiles at them, they've no choice but to stay engaged and keep after the launchers....IMHO

Iran is glutton for punishment. A few minutes ago they fired several missiles at US troops in Qatar.
No one was injured so far.
They warned the U.S. beforehand to evacuate, i.e., this is a 'save face' move on Iran's part. I don't expect a response from the U.S.. (could be wrong though)
You're probably right! But we'll find out soon if it rubbed Trump the wrong way.
