I have been die hard Trump supporter from day he came down escelator. Having said that, they totally screwed the handling of this. Bondi and Patel like like total morons and Trump looks pretty bad himself. I have followed the Epstein deal closely for many years. Bondi is hiding something and Trump is implicit.

I get releasing the list of names, but the issue is people tend to make connections that may not actually exist. People forget that Epstein was involved with people in legitimate and social ways that exclude his crimes.

We saw this with Republicans who automatically assumed Bill Clinton was involved in his crimes because of his contact with the guy. We see this with the DNC and Trump.

I am not sure if it is right to release names without evidence that they were involved in crimes. Thus far we do not even know that a "client list" exists.

But Trump used conspiracy theories about Epstein against Democrats (and Clinton)...he really has no room to complain that Democrats are using conspiracy theories against him.

There is a "list". She is sitting in prison. She had cut a deal with DOJ to tell all in exchange for light sentence, but DOJ renigged on deal because they did not want her revealing what she knew about who.

From what I'm picking up on X, hers and a couple of others testimony is perceived by the Democrats and others as damning to Trump's character, revealing a much more involved relationship with Epstein than has previously been admitted. IOW, they're after an opportunity to publicly smear Trump, not to bring charges on anyone.

Yes...and a few years ago it was Clinton. But I don't know that it was a more involved relationship than previously admitted (he revealed a relationship and when he started avoiding the man...can't remember a "why").

What is happening is Democrats are creating a narrative without evidence (most likely no evidence exists). But Trump stepped in it himself when he did the same to Clinton. Just make unsubstantiated suggestions and sheeple will do the rest.

That said, with both Clinton and Trump inappropriate conduct is not unbelievable (both were womanizers). They made their character, they engaged in helping spread conspiracy, they wrestle with it when it comes back on them.
