How to end the Hostage situation

He is a grad of West Point and served in Vietnam
He states that he is the least decorated GI form Vietnam.
He wrote an article about military medals. He believes most are not truly earned.

It has been before communism took over china during WWII that any kind of good decision was made by China concerning people.
I don’t know whether this guy was pro CCP or not. But if he represents the government in any way, remember that so did the tank in Tiananmen Square. You probably aren’t talking to people with any good sense of morals that are lived outward.
