Sounds like one of those "come back home" tours the Catholics have been having for some time now.
I don't know, maybe the Catholics got it from the Reformed?
After reading some other information it seems to be more of a unification thing, similar to what the Catholics are undergoing.

In a word NO.
As it says on the Wiki page it is aimed at teaching the Reformed version of the Christian message.
To me the Calvinist/Reformed/Sovereign Grace etc view of the Christian message is close but not true to the word of God.
That view calls into question the character of God and love for His creation.

I think the relationship here online with the Calvinist and non-Calvinists is much different than a in person relationship.
I know some traditional Calvinists here in town and we get along great even though we disagree.
It's just a different atmosphere here on the boards.
When we're out there pulling in the king mackerel, or on the range firing weapons, we're not exactly disagreeing on the doctrines of grace.

Not what the OP asked Tea.
But you are correct I would not join a church that taught Calvinist/Reformed/SG theory as I do not see it as being biblically correct.
The TULIP/DoG are not found in scripture but are man's ideas.
I was in a study group for several years that had calvinists among our number.

The arguments against TULIP/DoG are the dead horse that I was referring to. I think it was established a while back that you’re not going to budge from your position, and I’m not going to budge from mine. So you do you, and I’ll do me.
By the way, the fellowship I’m in is not reformed at all, yet I still find tremendous value in what I learn from them.
