Baptist Board locking up?

Just a quick question. I have observed that the BB has a recent tendency to lock up ... to stop scrolling no matter what you do or refuse to accept any keystrokes mid-typing a response. I have encountered this on both a PC and an iPad operating from different locations, so it does not appear to be a "provider" or "connection" error from my end.

I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue?
