It's possible but no likely.
I talked to an old friend we were in the 82nd together.
His son in now in the 82nd, he said they would love the opportunity.
I'm not for it either. I don't want to our kids get killed or messed up over what can be taken care of from the air and sea.
Let the people of Iran fight for their own freedom now that the head is cut off the snake.

All the "boots on ground" is hysteria. The US military has not built up any sizeable land contingentin the area. It takes time to build up an invasion force. The forces the US millitary built up are Aircaft and naval to do exactly what they are doing now. This is not a repeat of Iraq 2003. It will take months for the US to build up enough forces/logistics supplies for any sort of push into Iran. Only SOF/CIA units will be on the ground

I seen that on the news a few minutes ago but don't know where or how.
there were 4-5 injured that took shrapnel so I'm thinking it was from a missile strike on one of the nearby bases.

Yep, just seen the video on tv, the plane crashing a the pilot parachuting down. It was friendly fire.
