Proverbs 16:4
The LORD hath made all things for himself:
Yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Proverbs 16:9
A man's heart deviseth his way:
But the LORD directeth his steps.

Proverbs 20:24
Man's goings are of the LORD;
How can a man then understand his own way?

Proverbs 21:1
The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD,
As the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.

Daniel 4:35 All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

James 4:13-15 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
Amos 6:12
Shall horses run upon the rock?
will one plow there with oxen?
for ye have turned judgment into gall,
and the fruit of righteousness into hemlock:

But seemingly, by your application God is the one making them do it.

Each individual commits sins of their own accord, turning them into vessels of wrath. God has the liberty to either show mercy to that vessel of wrath or to utilize them according to His will. Regarding Pharaoh, God had the option to strike him down long ago, yet He opted to allow him to remain as the means through which He would demonstrate His power and strength.
This sounds like something out of a fiction novel

I thoroughly enjoy reading your posts, but I want to offer a little correction to this one. No one turns into a vessel of wrath (or even a vessel of mercy) but that was settled when God chose those to redeem via the Lamb.

If God decrees everything that happens, then sin does not exist and God cannot punish the devil or anyone else. If God wills evil, opposing evil is anti-God. Which makes Jesus not good, for He engaged in combat against Satan, hypocrites, and disease.

God decreeing everything that happens is not a biblical truth.

Yes, it is Biblical truth.

Is there a Creator other than the God of the Bible? No!

Is the world running amok, out of control, or controlled by someone, or something, other than the God of the Bible? No!

Isaiah 45:7
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

Exodus 7:3-5
And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply my signs and my wonders in the land of Egypt.
But Pharaoh shall not hearken unto you, that I may lay my hand upon Egypt, and bring forth mine armies, and my people the children of Israel, out of the land of Egypt by great judgments.
And the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I stretch forth mine hand upon Egypt, and bring out the children of Israel from among them.

Romans 9:14-18
What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.
For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.
So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.

Psalm 76:10
Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee:
The remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.

As William Cowper wrote in the hymn, "God Moves in a Mysterious Way":

"Judge not the Lord by feeble sense."

2 Corinthians 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Please do explain!!

Satan is a created being, he is not a co-creator with God. He is as much subject to the sovereignty of God as all of the rest of God's creation.

John 12:39-41
Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart;
That they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart,
And be converted,
And I should heal them.

These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.

So you believe in “God made the devil make me do it”??
