Hi Everyone,
I want to re-introduce myself. I was on the discussion board about 3-4 years ago but I wasn’t on long. I am a lifelong Catholic with a passion for my faith. I go by the fictitious name “Lagrange” which I took from my favorite contemporary theologian, Fr. Reginald Garrigou-Lagrange. He was a strict-observance thomist and I see myself the same way. That doesn’t mean my understanding of Garrigou-Lagrange or Aquinas is always correct. Far from it. I am a layperson and have never spent one day in a theology class. I have recently studied the Thomist View of soteriology as well as the Arminian and Calvinist (or Reformed) Views. This means that, hopefully, I am able to ask some good questions and bring out some good points. I plan on being on the discussion board off and on. I’ll let you know as we are going along. I really look forward to getting acquainted or reacquainted with you!
