So God ordains all the horrible acts of humanity?

Do you realize how awful your borrowed opinion sounds?
Did God ordain the betrayal, arrest, degradation and death of the Lord Jesus? Yes (Acts 4:27-28). Did He ordain the kidnapping, sale into slavery and imprisonment of Joseph? Yes (Genesis 45:5; 50:20). Did God permit Satan to ruin Job, destroy his children and affect his health in the most terrible way? Yes (Job 1; 2). Has He placed a curse upon the earth because of Sin? Yes (Genesis 3:17-19; 5:29). Has He given over sinful men to a debased mind to do things that are not fitting? Yes (Romans 1:28). Did God ordain the huge number of Christian martyrs down the ages, still going on today? Yes (Luke 21:11-19 etc.).
Is it God's righteous judgment that sinful men and women are not going to live in a perfect world? Yes ( Gen. 3:17-19; Romans 8:20 etc.).
Do all these things have a purpose in the mind of God to bring about a perfect end while not condoning sin? Yes (Matt. 24:8; Romans 8:21-22; Rev. 22:3, and especially John 3:16. 'For this is how God loved the world; He gave His only-begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life').
Will God save every single one of His people? Yes (John 6:39; 10:27-28; Romans 9:14-18 etc.).

Did God ordain …
Did God ordain it when a baby is raped? No.

Does God want people to reject His Son? No.

2 Peter 3:9

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Does God allow atrocities? Yes.

Does that mean that God approves of and wills that horrible wickedness is committed? No.

Does God ordain, will, or desire that which He hates? No.

Proverbs 8:13

The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; pride and arrogance, the evil way and the perverse mouth, I hate.

Psalm 5:5

The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all workers of iniquity.

James 1:13: "Let no one say when he is tempted, 'I am being tempted by God,' for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one".

1 John 1:5: "This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all".

Psalm 5:4: "For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil cannot dwell with you".

Job 34:12: "Indeed, it is true that God does not act wickedly, and the Almighty does not pervert justice".

Deuteronomy 32:4: "His works are perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is he".

Psalm 92:15: "To declare that the Lord is upright; he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him".
