Yes the elect gain access to grace by faith, they dont get saved by faith. They come into the knowledge of the Grace that saved them by Jesus Christ. They gain knowledge of their election of grace. Faith isnt a condition of election of grace, its a gift given in consequence of election of grace.

No only the elect, thats why they are given faith to believe, the non elect never believe because Christ didnt redeem them from unbelief
