From the Baptist Bulletin (Spring 2023) (the official organ of the GARBC)

First Baptist, Spring Valley, Calif, planted dix churches in twelve years. Someone might think only a large church can plant another church, but First Baptist has fewer than 1210 members.

Yes in 1988 i have started my gospel work.. after few months two people or three people are started come and hear the word of God.. by facing so many troubles and hardships .. God blessed my work.. Now 37 years passed.. many churches are established and work is running well..
God helped us to plant churches

Around here 1210 is a large church.

"Pastors should be training their successors. New pastors rise from churches, not seminaries. Paul told Timothy to look for faithful men who will be able to teach others also (2 Timothy 2:2). We must follow the biblical example of leadership training in the local church." (from the linked article)

I agree full heartedly, our local churches need to be discipling future leaders, church planters, evangelists, and teachers.

I think a healthy church would not need to totally import its staff, but rather its staff would be a mix of home grown and imported leaders.

Yes there are good thoughts here (in replies)above.. I am thanking all of you..
In our ministry ...
in 1988 God used me to start an small believers group with 3 people. now that is with 80 people,
In 1989 God used me to plant another church, Now it is with more than 150 people but This church is caused and worked to plant 16 sister churches (assemblies), Branches.. And it is worked to start an disciples training institute. It is trained and sent45 ministers to fields.. They are all in the fields for the planting work..
Later God used me to start third church, which is caused to start more than 40 village believers groups.. all are small.. now they are turning to develop as church groups..
The reality is, while false teaching churches are rapidly growing, our planted baby churches are growing with right doctrine and fundamental truth.. This is why i am always happy to work more to establish more churches with truth. (fundamental truth)
For me i am always with my gratitude to God. i am 64 and heart patient, diabetic patient.. Before my death i want to see more churches in fundamental truth.. Big struggle is financial matters.. while we are planting churches, we need to construct small prayer rooms or halls. this is an big minus point and big need for ministry.. Please pray. our trained ministers are working. Please pray for them.

Ft Dix = Fort Dix, it is a US Army military base in New Jersey
I was stationed there for my basic training way back in 1970
