1611 KJVWas it the Vulgate, Geneva, or?
There was no Bible in the languages of most people in the whole wide world when the KJV was produced, and there still isn't. Look at all the Bibles that were produced by mostly Europeans. It is a good thing God stepped in when he did or we might have had millions of different bibles by now. Thank God he produced one in our language himself and created a brand new nation so they could both grow together and he separated them both from the status Quo by an ocean.1611 KJV

“I had perceived by experience, how that it was impossible to stablish the lay people in any truth, except the scripture were plainly laid before their eyes in their mother tongue, that they might see the process, order, and meaning of the text.”
—William Tyndale, Preface to the Pentateuch, 1530
The 1611 KJV was made from all the previous English Versions in the list. Compare the KJV to Tyndale in the Gospels. There was no Bible in the languages of most people in the whole wide world when the KJV was produced, and there still isn't. One of the worse things that happened here was the leaven of Calvinism was sown here. Now, there is a God that can choose a particular sinner out of the masses of humanity as his own but he cannot choose a Bible out of the masses of new and old Bible translations. What perverted thinking is this? Now, the whole continent has lost it's way and cannot ever be recovered.
Who can say that America is not better than Europe because of the KJV and that the KJV is not better than any of those Bibles in the list because it is the Bible God chose for us?

Wasnt the Kjv itself roughly 90 % of Tyndale in the NT?The 1611 KJV was made from all the previous English Versions in the list. Compare the KJV to Tyndale in the Gospels.
Europe has been captured by the US Empire. But it was because Europe was devastated by WW2 and not the KJV.

There is enough truth in about any Bible translation to provoke the fear of God in the heart of a sinner if they believe it. That is why I believe a lot of people will be going to hell because they did not believe it, and their works prove it. Knowing how God has responded to the perversion of his word from the very beginning and comparing all with his very last written warning in his Bible, I think I want to be very, very sure I am working with him and not against him. So far you have not presented a biblical argument for your position that makes me doubt mine. Having said that, if you are confident and settled that you are right, I have no criticism for your free will choice of how you worship God and don't suppose that I think I know enough to tell you what you ought to do. Your Bible of choice ought to do that for you.Or we could ask - Which is the real Word of God ? The 1611 or the 1769
If you say the 1769 only made some spelling errors, and ect -
then you are admitting that the 1611 is NOT the perfect word of God!
2 things have never had an answer from any KJVO, namely, which KJV edition would be the real and true version, is it 1611/1769/1873/1900 or?Or we could ask - Which is the real Word of God ? The 1611 or the 1769
If you say the 1769 only made some spelling errors, and ect -
then you are admitting that the 1611 is NOT the perfect word of God!
Just to clarify -There is enough truth in about any Bible translation to provoke the fear of God in the heart of a sinner if they believe it.

We know right now that they are notPaul said in 2 Tim. 3:16 that all Scripture is given by inspriration.
The Greek says "God breathed."
The KJVO folks consider themselves "a peculiar people" in believing that inspiration is carried on through the KJV.
To them the KJV is the infallible Word of God, no matter the mistakes you may think you find in it.
I guess we will all know one day if they were correct.
This is commonly misunderstood.Paul said in 2 Tim. 3:16 that all Scripture is given by inspriration.

Scripture meaning writing. All writings are not God breathed.
But:

and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
You cannot possibly know that to be true unless you are quoting the written word of God saying it. Where is your quote?NO bible translation was inspired nor perfect
I use the one I believe and I believe the Bible I use. Studying the differences in KJV Bibles is an exercise for you intellectuals but it means nothing to me. The difference in KJV Bibles is often due to the publishers. I have owned KJV Bibles in my time that I found errors in but I only recognized them because of the many times I had read the text. The publishers were just careless. Many people publish the KJV because there is no copyright restriction. For instance, one KJV I quote on this board most often has hundreds of errors in it. It is the KJV from BibleGateway. The errors are in the names of God.Just to clarify -
Which Version do you use?

If this is not the most important transition in the scriptures, it is at least the most important in the history of the world to this point. This is the very beginning of the third millennium of human history and according to Rom 4 it is the place and time that Abraham was justified by his faith in believing God. It is the place and time when the word of Jehovah became visible and was revealed to have personality. Word of the Lord would become the title for this person as he spoke through his chosen men and prophets. His name from this point on and in this occupation will be the Lord GOD (Adonay Jehovah). Neither his name or title were known before Ge 15. Before this the plural name of God had been used, the LORD God (Jehovah Elohim).

The word of the Lord, the Lord God, is Jesus Christ in the OT and the NT. Both Lord God and word of the Lord appears in the NT scriptures, referring to Jesus Christ ,13 times each. The word of the LORD comes to Ezekiel in his book 60 times and the Lord GOD is speaking some 210 times. Jesus Christ truly is the Word, as John the apostle says.
Many times I correct the errors of BibleGateway before I post them but sometimes I don't knowing there is likely no one of the intellectuals who will notice one way or the other and I doubt if most people here even care.
I can't really see how anything in the scriptures could be more important than knowing this truth about our Lord Jesus.
The KJV that is published by faithful men is right. Words matter to God and to me.
