    Judith - yes, I agree they are living in sin - but they are doing so legally. So the full answer is - they are legally living in sin!

    In regards to Baptism and the Lords Supper - we do not consider them a sacrament as those two actions have nothing to do with obtaining salvation. Thus we use the term ordinance to indicate that we do so as a memorial/remembrance/ command.
