Are You Satisfied With President Trump?

I agree! Trump for years has been the (ultimate) CEO and he had the final word in the Trump organization. But as POTUS - he might be CEO - but he needs to realize that he is not the ultimate decision maker. Once in a while "Engage Brain before moving mouth". But overall, I do like Trump.

    Missions Giving and Bible Translating

I have been a member of several IFB churches over the years, and the vast majority just make missions part of the annual budget, without a "faith promise" from individual members.

    Miliary courtesy outside the workplace

On active duty, I was enlisted. In our churches off post, we did have officers coming. There was no problem calling them by their first name. But on base - on the job - I referred to them as Sir or their rank. Now, there is no problem with a higher rank calling a junior rank by their first...

    Miliary courtesy outside the workplace

I found this Q&A on Rally Point Is it appropriate for junior officers to call senior officers by first name outside of work with no enlisted around? MAJ When I was a CPT I never addressed any superior as anything other than sir or ma'am in any situation and was never asked to use first...

    Missions Giving and Bible Translating

Do you support the missionaries directly - or do you send the support to their mission board? Some mission boards retain a % of what is sent to the missionary to cover overhead expenses. Believe it or not SBC missionaries to visit local churches so we do get to know them. And as such, we do...

What is your reaction to this?

Note: I put this in the Bap only section - for a reason.... Found this on FB: Jesus alone redeemed the world! Pope Leo XIV formally rejects the idea of Mary as “co-redeemer,” emphasizing that salvation comes solely through Christ’s death and resurrection.
