    All To Jesus I Surrender?

A Christian would forgive. There is no divorce arrangement in the NT. You can twist scripture all you want, but only death breaks the marriage bond.

    All To Jesus I Surrender?

You are judging the martyrs by your own self. You are judging me by yourself. Have you ever given up anything for Christ? Faced danger? Turned the other cheek? etc..

    Walking in the Spirit.

That's what I'm saying. I pray mainly for the forgiveness of sins of the imagination. Seldom if ever do I sin outwardly. That's why Paul says, we cast down imaginations.

    Walking in the Spirit.

Who is claiming to be sin-free? I begin every day in prayer asking God to forgive me for what I am. But at the same time I know it's my fault if I yield to temptation. Paul says you can quell temptation before it turns into outward sin. Sinful imaginations can also be quelled if you want...

    All To Jesus I Surrender?

As I stated, all of the churches promote adultery among their members using the except clause of Matthew 19:9. All are Dispensational or premillennial except Lutheran, Methodists, and Presbyterian who have their own sets of issues. All of the Churches are Arminian. Some are Zionist...

The Atonement of Christ: What did it REALLY Achieve ?3

As an unchurched newborn Christian, I noticed several major changes in my life. The first I noticed was unspeakable happiness. Then I noticed the bible made sense for the most part when I read it. I became outgoing telling everyone about Christ and what He did for me. I had a real exuberance...

    Walking in the Spirit.

Will you sin if you walk in the Spirit? Paul says NO. Are you full of sin as a believer? Yes. But it is only temptation that you need not yield to if you walk in the Spirit.

    Walking in the Spirit.

How do you reconcile Romans 7 with Paul telling us if we walk in the Spirit we will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Do you sin when tempted? He says you can overcome temptation before it turns into sin. Making excuses?

    Walking in the Spirit.

Paul was speaking about his experience as a carnal-minded Jew under the Law.

    All To Jesus I Surrender?

Does Jesus teach in Matthew 19:9 that remarriage after a divorce from an adulterous husband is adultery? (You could not debunk my claim when we discussed it). Does Jesus teach that adulterers go to hell? Do you think "pastors" who offer the "except clause" to a family at their weakest snapping...

    Walking in the Spirit.

Where? He complains about how wicked He is, just the same as I do. But He also says if we walk in the Spirit, we will not FULFILL the lusts of the flesh. Do you make excuses for sin? I don't.

    Assorted Eschatological Teaching

Dude? Are you 80 years old using that kind of jargon?

    Assorted Eschatological Teaching

Correction... Non Millennial view. There is no Millennium.

    All To Jesus I Surrender?

You cannot agree as long as you don't think divorce and remarriage are adultery. It gives married couples an easy way out instead of forgiving and reconciling with is what Paul teaches. Ministers hand them a ticket to failure at the weakest point in their marriage like Satan waiting to devour...

    Assorted Eschatological Teaching

“Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” John 3:3 (KJV 1900)

    All To Jesus I Surrender?

I don't jump through anyone's hoops. How do I know who is in control of them? I proved the doctrine to be correct. That's good enough.

    All To Jesus I Surrender?

Jesus also gave different answers to questions in a show of wisdom.

    All To Jesus I Surrender?

They are probably tares. I had a Baptist Aunt who divorced from a cruel husband. But she remained single the rest of her life and went to the mission field instead.

To Baptist or not to Baptist, that 'tis the question?

I think Baptist is appropriate. But to say Free Will Baptist, or Sovereign Grace Baptist would be more honest. It lets people know what to expect. Southern Baptist is honest. Fundamental Baptist is good but fundamentalism reminds people of the crackpots in the Middle East.

It would be evidence they were never saved.
