Lack of assurance is because of lack of growing in faith. The problem isn't Calvinism.

That's because of the lack of growing in faith.

It is lack of faith not lack of works which messes relationship.

Regardless of how much you persevere, is your fruit going to be perfect? Does forgiveness come from grace or your admission/confession of sin? Is security meaningful in your experience without assurance?
