    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

If all it took was a command to effectively make Adam's sin, then Adam was created with a sin nature, and there is no practical difference between pre and postlapsarian Adam. That's my point. It is not the same exact error Pelagius made, but it's similar. Both views espouse no changes in...

And a mic drop to boot. Some things never change.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

That's seems clear from the immediate context of his creation. Gen. 1:31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

You know you've stumped Van when starts talking past you.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Right, but the idea becomes meaningless if he was already created with a bent toward sin. It's a distinction without a difference. If you do believe there was a difference between pre and postlapsarian Adam, explain what it is in practical terms.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Yes, like John, whom I quoted. Why is it offensive to you that John believed you were once blind? (assuming you're not still blind)

Why can't God know the future?

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Total depravity prior to God's intervention is Biblical doctrine. John 9:39 Jesus said, “For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind.” Calvinists and Arminians believe this.

    Servetus

I suppose he did. There was no separation of politics and religion then. Treason often was religious in nature. David killed the husband of a woman he had an affair with. My guess is you condemn him also, but it's clear God forgave him. I don't condone what Calvin did, nor condone the...

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

It was one of this beliefs, yes. He also shares a belief with you, that Adam was basically the same before and after the fall.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

I agree. This doesn't help you. You're still Pelagian lite.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Okay there you have it. Before and after the fall, from your own lips, Adam had the same propensity. That's my point. Only you and Pelagians believe this. They believe Adam was free before and after the fall, you believe he was bound to sin before and after the fall. Both of these views are...

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Where do they say that Adam's sin was inevitable? You just said it. "....they believe God decreed the fall"

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Yes, inconsistently, they believe Adam changed, but it's a distinction without a difference. They believe he started out with an bent toward sin and ended up with a bent toward sin. In essence they believe Adam was created with a sin nature, they just don't call it that.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Supralapsarians who believe Adam's fall was inevitable. And it's a fairly large group.

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

This doesn't sound to be like a denial of the sin nature, but an affirmation of it. Can you show me where they deny this?

    "Pelaganists" who believe in depravity

Except these all acknowledge a change in Adam after the Fall. Certain Calvinists and Pelagians are the only groups that don't.

CDC Confirms 12th Straight Week of Declining Coronavirus Deaths

I understand but that's one location. There will always be hotspots. It's still good news if there's an overall decline in deaths. Keep us posted on your situation, though.

CDC Confirms 12th Straight Week of Declining Coronavirus Deaths

So the question then becomes, are these real hotspots or is there some shenanigans going on. I've heard some recent reports about false data from some testing sites. And this. Reports of a Sudden Surge in Texas Coronavirus Cases Including More Than 80 Infants is FALSE, Officials Say and...
