The Justice Department went after Rosen. He was investigated. Obama and Bush were big fans of the whole Patriot Act hallpass for investigations. I wasn’t.

I couldn’t find any legal action just his exception in interviews to their attacks on him much like CNN and Trump. Nothing outrageous there. I don’t even care that Trump fires back at CNN. Nothing wrong with that. Filing a suit would be dumb but I don’t really think he’ll actually do it...

Trump isn’t going to do anything, that claim is going nowhere in court. I doubt it ever gets filed. If it does it’s a cute story but ultimately a waste of time.
