Does God Love Every Individual Person in the Same Manner?

So true. I have a very anti-Calvinist friend who has been a Christian for over 40 years and he was unaware of Romans 9! They hide from texts that their worldview simply has no answer for.

    Dear California Potheads

Murder is something that you do to someone else. We don't refer to suicide as murder, and we don't prosecute attempted suicide as an attempted murder. God allowed Adam to kill himself by his own hand, did He not? We were discussing substances which are potentially harmful to self. That was on...

Does God Love Every Individual Person in the Same Manner?

The Bible says many things. We must understand them all. For instance, we must understand that Jesus spoke in parables so that some people would not understand and turn. He also prayed before His death, not for all people, but for those the Father had given Him. We also know that God has elected...

Does God Love Every Individual Person in the Same Manner?

If all men are guilty and deserving Hell, yet God shows mercy to some by saving them, in Christ, He remains both loving and just. However, if God only provides a way yet fails to save anyone, He is neither.

Apparently, your idea of love is quite different from mine.

Does God Love Every Individual Person in the Same Manner?

I'm not certain what your point is. Reformed folks have John 3:16 in our Bibles, too.

Socialist paradise: Britain cancels 50,000 surgeries

Firstly, what is "poor"? How is it defined? Does a person who gambles his paycheck away every week qualify as poor? How about a drunk who drinks it away? Is it our position that responsible people who save and maintain insurance should be penalized for doing so? Should sin be rewarded and thrift...

Does God Love Every Individual Person in the Same Manner?

We are all born naturally as sons of Adam. Spiritually, sinners can be described as son's of Satan, because they follow his behavior. (John 8:44) Also: "in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in...

    When did regeneration occur?

It sounds as though your view is that regeneration occurs apart from and before one "hears" the gospel. Is that correct?

    When did regeneration occur?

Weeds and wheat grow side by side. Yes. They both do many of the same things. Ther attend worship services, give money to support the church, pray, sing. . . The difference is one group is doing those things in an attempt to justify themselves and the other because they are already justified.

I'm a Calvinist. Change My Mind.

Not many people I ask know what the gospel is, which explains a lot about why so many hold to a false "gospel".

Are you defending Finney and Pelagianism?

I'm a Calvinist. Change My Mind.

How would you suggest I make that determination?

    Bannon Apologizes

I had a feeling things would end this way. I hope that this quickly passes so that we can get that wall built and deportation buses rolling.

Or, better still, who drew him?

    Are you Going to Graceland?

It certainly does, and that helps the argument. Elvis, like all sinners, was in a prison. Unregenerate men are no more free than men a death row. Their "freedom" is a delusion which helps them temporarily ignore what they know is their fate.
