When I was 6 years old - every Sunday I would ask the pastor a question about the service. The story you gave me in post # 12 makes you sound like a politician! So the old adage - if you have something to do - do it yourself.

Whether the earth is 6,000 or 6 billion years old - it does not affect our salvation. Remember the title of the thread is: " Does it Matter at all what the Age of the Earth is?" Asking that question does not change salvation one bit.
