Exactly, this lady is kind of a white supremacist in a sense as she says that she is the model for a good white person and she looks down her nose at other white people. I would characterize what they are doing as brainwashing, and did. They are checking their brains at the door, listening to some misguided/misguiding minorities emoting their own version of "truth," then working on brainwashing others, including inviting in minority programmers for the purpose. The process is clearly very controlling.

I have not seen where they post their precise method, but they do indicate that they attack at the personal, individual level, denouncing without argument all argument. They have good reason not to present their "arguments" online, as they would be easily refuted and their victims forewarned and forearmed.
