Good list.

I'd add that God is using the church to reach people. A good list that does not work is a sign of a problem.

I question this one, though:

People are using their spiritual gifts not just watching the “stage team” exercise theirs.

I agree that people use their spiritual gifts rather than watching a stage team exercise theirs. But in practice I have seen this idea go wrong and prohibit people from using their gifts in front of the congregation.
