Data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that between Dec. 14, 2020 and Aug. 13, 2021, a total of 595,622 total adverse events were reported to VAERS, including 13,068 deaths— an increase of 702 over the previous week.

There were 81,050 reports of serious injuries, including deaths, during the same time period — up 10,945 compared with the previous week.

Excluding “foreign reports” filed in VAERS, 464,769 adverse events, including 6,018 deaths and 37,806 serious injuries, were reported in the U.S. Of the 6,018 U.S. deaths reported as of Aug. 13, 13% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 19% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 33% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

This is basically a lie. The reader is invited to draw the manifestly false conclusion that these adverse events are causally linked to the vaccine.

This is simply not the case.

Dismiss VAIRS?

Why even have the system?
Why are you asking this question? By now, you know that this database does not demonstrate a causal link between the vaccine and problems. And so you also know that to simply appeal to the numbers in this database as an argument against vaccination is either an innocent mistake or, worse, a carefully crafted lie.

Yes, the unsophisticated reader who does not understand that correlation does not imply causation can be duped into thinking that the data shows the vaccination causes a lot of harm.

Why even have the system then? Obviously the system has merit in that it can serve as a starting point for further investigations of the link between vaccines and problems.

But, as you surely know by now, the raw numbers tell us nothing about a causal link between the vaccine and adverse effects.

They collect data about adverse effects after a vaccine. Think of it like an early warning system.

350 lb man dies of a heart attack 2 weeks after being vaccinated. Report it to VAIRS. The data is simply collected to look for trends and allow other entities to research to see if it is caused by a vaccine.

I understand VAIRS. It has always been the gold standard until Covid. Again, Covid has its own set of rules.

No. VAIRS is the same system it always has been (monitored by the CDC and FDA). Nothing has changed with VAIRS (it never was the "gold standard", but has always been a reporting system to compile data for the CDC and FDA regarding vaccinations).

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a national early warning system to detect possible safety problems in U.S. licensed vaccines. VAERS is co-managed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VAERS accepts and analyzes reports of adverse events (possible side effects) following vaccination.

VAERS is not designed to detect if a vaccine caused an adverse event, but it can identify unusual or unexpected patterns of reporting that might indicate possible safety problems requiring a closer look.

If any other vaccine had this many VAERS incidents, do you honestly think it would still be on market pending the incident investigations. Heck no! It would be paused.

Yes, it would. And they have been.

It is not the incidents (which are statistically very low) but patterns. One guy having his big toe fall off after a vacvine would be reported, but that's it. 50k people losing their big toe would raise a flag with the CDC and FDA.

BTW, check out the articles in the VAERS library. Interesting reads.

You don't see that pattern with these vaxes?
I have heard several experts say that there have been more VAERS reports on these 3 vaxed than all others combined. I am not sure about that, but if it is true?????

No. First, you have to look at each vaccine on its own. Thus far the most concerning of the ones used in the US is JJ (aneurysms and blood clots). Most if the side effects were published prior to the vaccine being released (I can't think off hand of any side-effect that was not listed since last year for Pfizer and Moderna). And the side-effects have not exceeded the statistical expectations as was listed.

So there would be no reason to pull two of the vaccines, but the JJ was pulled while the new issues were evaluated (it's back on, I do not know the conclusion as I didn't keep up with it).

You are discounting the deaths. The you are assuming they are not vaccine caused. No way that many deaths are within anticipated range.

The swine flu vaccine was halted with far far fewer deaths and side affects.
Covid had its own set of rules. That is becoming obvious.
The only thing I fault Trump with was his handling of Covid. Should have said "Flu C. Business as usual.".

Now it’s the “POSTER BOY” for the dems, so it’ll be around for the next few generations - assuming there are some generations left in the “land-of-the-free- - - “ etc. before “corrections” can be made!!!!!

I know, the documented goal of some of these eco freak globalists is to decimate the human race on 'planet earth' as they claim people are a virus, or a disease against the earth.
However the scripture says,
Isaiah 45:18
For thus says the Lord, Who created the heavens, Who is God, Who formed the earth and made it, Who has established it, Who did not create it in vain, Who formed it to be inhabited: “I am the Lord, and there is no other.

And the wicked are the globalists eco freaks and their agendas, they will be the ones cut off, removed from the earth to hell and the Lake of Fire to live with their buddy the devil and the demons.

Proverbs 10:30
The righteous will never be removed, But the wicked will not inhabit the earth.
