If you're from Texas, it's Wrangle. And that's all that counts.

It's still pretty sick that the republicans think that an expression of patriotism has to be mere political grandstanding. But then a party that tries to rally the base by proposing a law to protect the flag from something no one is doing to it has a pretty cynical outlook on patriotism anyway.

Actually what is sick is to think that patriotism is tearing down your own country. Exposing classified info. Giving aid and comfort to the enemy. And forcing people to go to work and earn money to support others, who do not, against their will by use of force.

The word cynicism is a synonym for liberal. The only thing positive about liberals is that they are positively cynical.

And yes I am sure you believe no one is burning the flag.

You think patriotism is tearing down our country? I'm disappointed, but not surprised.

Technically, Bush isn't guilty, he seems to have dismantled our protections against Al Qaeda because he didn't think it was much of a threat. It did give aid and comfort to our enemies, but IMO, he wasn't bright enough to realize what he was doing.

Sorry about your problem. Myself, I work, without anyone forcing me to do it. That's a libertarian thing.

You seem to be using it as a synomym for "American."

The Devil incarnate, they are. :D

How many cases in the last week? Month? Year? Decade?

Fill us in on all these flag burnings no one ever hears about. Be sure to include checkable evidence.

You and I both know how common it is. Be honest with yourself, at least.
