Blacks don't need the GOP for anything. They vote nearly 100% Democrat. There is no systematic extermination of blacks by police or the Democrats would have done something about it when they had Congress and the White House both.
Only a handful of Democrats are opposed to the 363,705 annually and almost every Democrat would be proud to have the Margaret Sanger Award, as Nancy Pelosi was just a few weeks ago.
