Thinly veiled racist is not so thinly veiled these days. Yes Carpro, that was the major crime worth talking about here.

It was inevitable that you would resort to calling me a racist. Who cares? That's all you have.

From the op:

...Habu said the outsiders appeared to fit the description of white supremacists whom protesters had been told to watch out for — those wearing masks or camouflage clothing. He said that at one point, those who were wearing masks walked away, and some protesters followed them.

They tried to fight,” he said. “There was a scuffle.”

Carrie Brown and several other older members in the community said they tried to defuse the situation.

“One of the white protesters who had been with us since the beginning said, ‘Be careful, those guys are white supremacists,'” Brown said, referring to the three men and one woman in balaclavas. “We asked them to remove their masks, asked who they were, invited them to come and protest with us peacefully once they did that.”

“One of our young men reached out and touched one of them and said, ‘Oh he has a vest on’ like a bulletproof vest,” she added.

One witness, who did not want be named, was among those who followed the outsiders up the street.

“About midway down the block the group sort of thinned out and I said, ‘Maybe we should turn around, not make them feel like we’re all up on them,’ and the minute I turned around I heard four shots,” he said. “One whizzed right by me. I was going to get down but then I just ran.”

They are not really so innocent.

Bottom line is let's not act like these BLM protesters are completely innocent and minding their own business.

Should this have escalated to shots fired? Absolutely not. The folks that did that, unless there was justifiable threats to their life, should be caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

But back on the other side of the story, it sounds like the BLM protesters did harass and try and illegally remove the counter-protesters. The BLM protesters involved should also be caught and prosecuted.

BLM was "bullying" and "intimidating" and the white people that showed up were "hecklers." Seems legit.

Also,

BLM removing white people = bullies, intimidation

BLM being gunned down = blowback

Well we are casually brushing off the incident of actual murder here to focus the ire on BLM. Yeah, there was murder and stuff but hey THERE WAS A FIGHT OR SOMETHING.

From the op:

..Simmering racial tensions boiled over yet again Monday night when several men shot five people who had been protesting the recent police killing of an African American man in Minneapolis. Police on Tuesday afternoon said they had arrested two suspects and were seeking others.

On Monday night, five people suffered non-life-threatening gunshot injuries when at least one person opened fire on a crowd outside the Minneapolis Police Department’s 4th Precinct building, authorities said. Afterward, police said they were searching for “3 white male suspects” who fled the scene.

What right did the blm thugs have to chase anyone away from a public demonstration?

“One of them started reaching and backing up,” the man said. “They start running back and the crowd started chasing them down there.”

“They running down the block and we turn around,” he added. “I go back.”

“We tell crowd to come back,” the protestor explained. “They continue to run after them… they start opening fire and they let off about eight rounds and they shot five people.”

I don't know, but do you think the response by the whites was appropriate? Was this, as you have said in the past, "a good shooting?"

No way to tell. They were obviously outnumbered and being chased by a mob. If one or more of them felt their life was in danger, it's possible that's why they began shooting. But right now there is no indication whether that might or might not be the case.

The facts are a BLM mob chased them and one or more of them opened fire. Why is pure conjecture.

BLM has a history of trying to bully or intimidate counterdemonstrators. They even threatened reporters to leave their "zone", but only if they were white. They also refused to allow other organizations to demonstrate with them in support of their cause...if they were white.

This time was no different. They were being heckled by white counter demonstrators, so about a dozen BLM demonstrators tried to force the white people to leave the area. More intimidation. Someone in the counterdemonstrators reacted violently. That sometimes happens when you're bullied or threatened one too many times. It's just a fact.

So THAT's what happened at DT's event. The one BLM guy had tried to bully the racially prejudiced folks in DT's crowd one time too many. So they took to calling him monkey, and n@##er, and kicked him in the face and stomach and all that other stuff. And then that scion of good virtue, Donald Trump, says that maybe the guy needed to be roughed up.

Sounds like the "he got what he deserved crowd" on here.Rolleyes

Just love the way some of you are all about showing the love of Christ.

You are so full of Bologna its absolutely pitiful. You have nothing to do with the love of Christ. You want to judge these guys without knowing all the facts. Why can't you wait until all the facts are in?

Without knowing a single thing about this, you have already judged the white people guilty. That's showing the love of Christ? I don't think so.

You haven't heard anyone here saying that anyone got what they deserved. What we've said is we don't know what happened here and we reserve the right to judge until we know.
