There is nothing wrong with the demands being made of the Palestinians. For decades the ONLY entity that was being called on to make sacrifices and compromises was Israel. Now, for the first time, the Palestinians are having to actually be equal partners and they have to give up something, they have to compromise and make concessions on things they previously refused to do.

The Palestinians have a long, long history of never living up to their promises. Arafat violated the Oslo Accord he signed with Rabin, before the ink was dry. And historically, terrorism escalates when there is any serious move towards peace.

Destroying Islam holy sites is irrational and will never work.
Demilitarizing Palestine is equally irrational. Israel wants to control arming of Palestine, or in other words keep them unarmed

Again, you can't refute it. It's real historical data that doesn't fit your false narrative. It doesn't fit the narrative that Israel expelled the Palestinians.

Because it’s pure rubbish.

Can you quickly in a short paragraph in your own words explain what happened in 1947-48? Don’t quote nothing, just explain it in your own words

It's not rubbish. You simply cannot reply to it. You are impotent to refute it with anything else.

I already have explained it in my own words, in one of my first posts in this thread, but you mocked me. I have backed up my statements with historical data. The problem here is that you can't respond to real historical data. The historical data speaks louder than I can. You want my words because they are easier to mock and demonize than historical data.

Israel has never destroyed Islamic holy sites, but Jewish holy sites are often vandalized by the Palestinians. Israel protects Islamic holy sites in Israel and in the territories. Israel even protects the religious freedom of Imams who call for Israel's destruction every Friday night in mosques that sit on Israeli soil.

The Palestinians don't have a military and given the fact that the Palestinians use their weapons to foment terrorism on the Jews, it is easy to see why Israel would not want them possessing missiles and bomb making material.

Even Jewish citizens are unarmed. Jewish citizens (unless they are active in the military) are not allowed to own personal firearms.

There is nothing unreasonable in what Israel demands of them. Again, this is the first time that Palestinians have ever had to make serious concessions for peace. Israel has had to make far deeper, meaningful compromises, only to have those compromises repaid with more dead Jewish victims of terror attacks.

The Deir Yassin massacre was intended to terrify the Palestinians to make them flee their homes.

Well armed Jewish terrorists were active even against the British. The King David Hotel terrorist attack "encouraged" the British to pull out & abandon the protection mandate.

Haaretz confirms Palestinian evidence of the Nakba is being "buried" by Israel.
Benny Morris, whose books are basic texts in the study of the Nakba – the “calamity,” as the Palestinians refer to the mass emigration of Arabs from the country during the 1948 war – told her that he, too, had come across similar documentation in the past. He was referring to notes made by Mapam Central Committee member Aharon Cohen on the basis of a briefing given in November 1948by Israel Galili, the former chief of staff of the Haganah militia, which became the IDF.

This Guardian article by Benny Morris referring to his book "The Birth of the Palestinian Refugee Problem Revisited" is instructive.
In 1948, thousands of Palestinians fled their homes in what is now Israel, and became refugees. Both sides have blamed each other ever since. But new documents show neither is entirely innocent, argues Benny Morris

You claimed Arabs are the ones who evicted fellow Arabs from a Palestine in 1947-1948

How is one supposed to debate a troll?
What else? African Americans enslaved whites and were opposed to abolition?

That "massacre" was not employed by the state of Israel. And secondly, it was in response to numerous massacres of Jews. In addition, Deir Yassin was bombing Jewish forces from its position and was thus a legitimate military target.

It was not a massacre; it was a battle and the Jewish forces that attacked it were met with ferocious gunfire and lost at least 4 men in the course of the battle.

As for the civilians, the Haganah gave them safe passage out of the area prior to the attack, as they had given prior warning that the attack was coming. And it was not to force them to flee their homes, but to stop the bombing of the Haganah along the supply route that sat below the village.

I gave you the Arab sources that confirm that Israel did not evict the Palestinians. You can't debate the sources, at the end of the day. You can demonize them all you want, but you don't have an argument. Simply calling me a racist isn't an intelligent response.

Arabs kicked out fellow Arabs while fighting Jews?
Why did they do this?

You know what I find amusing is those who don’t wear religion on their sleeves are the most rational and humane thinkers. Look at Mandela’s grandson. As a victim of racist apartheid South Africa he knows better. Israel was the last country on earth to boycott South Africa products in a bid to pressure them to end apartheid. I wonder where Reformed theology was all this time

Nelson Mandela's grandson slams 'Israeli apartheid'

Zionism is racism. Good thing is God is watching Sodom and Egypt implode
Zionism isn't racism at all. In fact it is exactly the opposite:

Zionism is:
  • The National Liberation movement of the Jewish People.
  • It is the modern expression of the ancient longing by the Jewish People to return to their land and live as a free people once again.
  • It is the desire to secure a modern state for the Jewish nation.
  • It is the conviction that the Jewish people have the right to live in freedom and security in its homeland.
  • It is the determination to aid and encourage the return of any and all Jewish refugees of the Diaspora who wish to return home.
  • It is the concern for the safety and security of that modern state, and the desire to see it strong enough to defend itself and the Jewish people as a whole from any present or future existential threat. (Source >> Israel & Judaism: October 2010 )
Zionism, despite every attempt by Israel’s enemies to say otherwise, is not anti-Arab, or “anti” anything else. The above definition of Zionism could apply, in principle, to the wishes and desires of any other people to life in freedom, security, prosperity in their own nation, free from persecution or any other threat. (Peace Encyclopedia)

Good thing God is watching Sodom and Egypt implode

Israel isn't imploding at all. Quite the opposite. Israel is stronger than it has ever been. They have won every war against impossible odds. The existence of Israel cannot be fully explained apart from the hand of God who promised to return the Jewish people to their biblical homeland and true to God's Word, they are returning in a state of unbelief, but they will find Jesus the Messiah in their Land. The modern state of Israel isn't going anywhere, it isn't imploding, much to your hateful disappointment. Israel is prospering more than ever.

Enemies of Jesus hate Israel and they hate Jesus the Jew. He is still a Jew and He is the Messiah who will come in Revelation 19 to rescue Israel from their enemies.

You cannot hate the Jews and claim to love the King of the Jews, and despite Israel's imperfections and short comings, God will honor His Word and when the dust has settled, the Lord fights for Israel. People like you will be on the wrong side of that fight. That's not a good place to be.

Nelson Mandela's grandson doesn't know what he is talking about.

Today, within Israel, Jews are a majority, but the Arab minority are full citizens with voting rights and representation in the government. Under apartheid black South Africans could not vote and were not citizens of the country in which they are the overwhelming majority of the population. So there can be no Apartheid in Israel. Any claim it is in Israel is a claim made in ignorance.

That verse doesn't speak to what I wrote, but you never have an intelligent, adult response to much of anything, so you deflect and try to change the subject in a debate you're not winning.

Galatians is referring to the fact that Jews and Gentiles have no advantage, nor are put to a disadvantage where access to God's grace is concerned. But that has nothing to do with the legitimacy of modern Israel, nor does it have anything to do with Zionism.

All you are doing is inserting red herrings into this thread.
