Is it reasonable that the USA wants to have a city on the moon?

Will it be cost effective

Does the Bible say anything say about this

Who will be the first missionary to go to the moon?

I’ve heard that they want to put the data centers there because of the amount of energy to power and water to cool is required for them on the good old Terra Firma.
I’m not interested in “the cloud.” There is no cloud. Just someone else’s computer.
