A Great verse of a Traditional Hymn

There is a fountain filled with blood
Drawn from Immanuel’s veins;
And sinners, plunged beneath that flood,
Lose all their guilty stains:
Lose all their guilty stains,
Lose all their guilty stains;
And sinners, plunged beneath that flood,
Lose all their guilty stains.

Sing it Brother!... Brother Glen:)

The dying thief rejoiced to see
That fountain in his day;
And there may I, though vile as he,
Wash all my sins away:
Wash all my sins away,
Wash all my sins away;
And there may I, though vile as he,
Wash all my sins away.

Sorry I got carried away...:D

Great one SGO!

“lose all”, “wash all” goes very well with
“ It is Well With My Soul”,

“my sin not in part but the WHOLE”

Praise Him Praise Him

but not far enough...:Wink

Dear dying Lamb, Thy precious blood
Shall never lose its power,
Till all the ransomed ones of God
Be saved, to sin no more:
Be saved, to sin no more,
Be saved, to sin no more;
Till all the ransomed ones of God,
Be saved to sin no more.

The Love of God Is Greater Far

The love of God is greater far
Than tongue or pen can ever tell.
It goes beyond the highest star
And reaches to the lowest hell.
The guilty pair, bowed down with care,
God gave His Son to win;
His erring child He reconciled
And pardoned from his sin.
O love of God, how rich and pure!
How measureless and strong!
It shall forevermore endure—
The saints’ and angels’ song.

All!... Hail The Power Of Jesus Name!

All hail the power of Jesus name
Let angels prostate fall
Bring fourth the royal diadem
And crown him Lord of all
Bring fourth the royal diadem
And crown him Lord of all

Ye seed of Israel’s chosen race
Ye ransomed from the fall
Hail Him who saves you by His grace
And crown Him Lord of all
Hail Him who saves you by His grace
And crown Him Lord of all

Sinners, whose love can ne’er forget
The wormwood and the gall
Go spread your trophies at His feet
And crown Him Lord of all
Go spread your trophies at His feet
And crown Him Lord of all

Let ev’ry kindred, ev’ry tribe
On this terrestrial ball
To Him all majesty ascribe
And crown Him Lord of all
To Him all majesty ascribe
And crown Him Lord of all

O that with yonder sacred throng
We at His feet may fall
Join in the everlasting song
And crown Him Lord of all
Join in the everlasting song
And crown Him Lord of all

On January 15th my mom began her life in the Kingdom. This is the song I shared for her home going.
Absent From Flesh

Absent from flesh, O blissful thought
What joy this moment brings
Freed from the blame my sin has brought,
From pain and death and its sting.
Absent from flesh, O glorious day!
In one triumphant stroke
My reckoning paid, my charges dropped,
And the bonds 'round my hands are broke.
I go where God and glory shine,
To one eternal day
And this failing body I now resign,
For the angels point my way
For the angels point my way .
Absent from flesh! Then rise, my soul,
Where feet nor wings could climb,
Beyond the sky, where planets roll,
And beyond all keep of time.
I go where God and glory shine,
To one eternal day
And this failing body I now resign,
For the angels point my way…

Another from Miss Eliza Hewitt

O there's sunshine,
blessed sunshine
When the peaceful, happy moments roll;
When Jesus shows His smiling face,
There is sunshine in my soul.

Yessir, one of the puritans said it something like this, “the storm gather but the Son is still shining.”

His oath, His covenant, His blood,
Support me in the whelming flood,
When all around my soul gives way,
He then is all my Hope and Stay.

Or, third line:
When all inside my soul my soul gives way

What Ere My God Ordains is Right

1 Whate'er my God ordains is right:
his holy will abideth;
I will be still, whate'er he doth,
and follow where he guideth.
He is my God; though dark my road,
he holds me that I shall not fall:
wherefore to him I leave it all.

2 Whate'er my God ordains is right:
he never will deceive me;
he leads me by the proper path;
I know he will not leave me.
I take, content, what he hath sent;
his hand can turn my griefs away,
and patiently I wait his day.

3 Whate'er my God ordains is right:
though now this cup, in drinking,
may bitter seem to my faint heart,
I take it, all unshrinking.
My God is true; each morn anew
sweet comfort yet shall fill my heart,
and pain and sorrow shall depart.

4 Whate'er my God ordains is right:
here shall my stand be taken;
though sorrow, need, or death be mine,
yet am I not forsaken.
My Father's care is round me there;
he holds me that I shall not fall:
and so to him I leave it all.
That is beautiful. I had never heard that song. Thank you.

Thank you...and...I don't take things personally. I can't even recall what you are referring to. It's all good. My mom is in glory and that is a great cause for praise.

God is your refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble.

O God, our help in ages past,
our hope for years to come,
our shelter from the stormy blast,
and our eternal home;
