What inflammatory language is acceptable for a politician to use. Is Trump exempt?

The entire DNC has blood on their hands.
Not only do the aggressively support the murder of babies in the womb they officially support the murder of police officers because they support the BLM who chanted :
"What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? NOW!" This was on July 10, 2016.
The year 2016 saw deadly police ambushes rise dramatically in response to the BLM chant for "dead cops".

The DNC supports BLM
DNC passes resolution supporting Black Lives Matter
Therefore EVERY DNC POLITICIAN shares in the guilt of the blood of these victims.
The DNC officially supports abortion (baby murder).
They demand the blood of babies through the phony mantra "It's my Body", when in reality it is God's.
They agree with the BLM requesting the blood of police officers.
The DNC is OFFICIALLY the party of murder and violence.
This why I left the Democratic Party.
Donald Trump did NOT yell "FIRE", he requested some people to be removed from a meeting.
This is far different than demanding the murder of babies and agreeing with the BLM for police officers to be murdered.

The GOP has lots of blood on its hands also. After all they may be pro-birth, but they are not pro-life and they are against the average person having a good life. They are fine with no health insurance, no medical help, no help of any kind for those in need. Don't be too smug.

It's in quotation marks, so it has to be a direct quote from the constitution. Where is that phrase located in the constitution?
I know about the clause "provide for the common defense" and I know about the clause "promote the general welfare", but I've never heard of this one.
Anyway, when the constitution was written they didn't have health insurance and they couldn't have foreseen self-driving cars, phone implants, etc.
What other products and services besides health insurance would you categorize as falling under the general welfare clause? How about food? Pillows? Soap and towels?
