People say immigration is part of what the USA stands for. When the US was building its population, it needed immigrant workers. But it doesn't need immigrants now. The United States has plenty of people. But the Bible says to be kind to foreigners.

In biblical times foreigners were slaves. They were forbidden in any Synagogue. They could not be merchants or landowners, nor could they hold positions in government.

By "be kind", it was meant, don't be extra cruel to them just because they're foreigners. It did not mean, let all foreigners in, educate their children, give them health care, let them commit as much crime as they will, and adopt their language on all public postings.

The US doesn't need more people. If immigrants want to come here, it should cost them a lot of money, because US citizenship is valuable! And the last thing we need is nine million uneducated, disease-ridden, wife-beating alcoholics as new citizens! And believe me, I know of what I speak. There are several cops in my family.

There is no compelling reason, except the lies we learned in grade school, that the US should allow immigration for free! The Roman Empire once allowed anyone to immigrate. But that changed around the time of Christ. After that the Romans charged huge sums for citizenship.

But it is worthy of note that practically any single supermodel or hot-looking actress can obtain US citizenship, no questions asked.

I think it's worthy of note that in most situations involving an invading people, such as America and the Europeans, the existing people (native Americans) just interbred with the new people. But that idea was so repulsive to the Europeans, and even the Vikings before them, that they simply wouldn't mate with the native Americans. The Vikings just left. The Europeans stayed.

I think it was due to the fact that white males are not attracted to native American females, and the Indians preferred to remain backward pagan savages, rather than advance into a more civilized culture.

Western European culture, on the other hand, is responsible for the discovery or invention of hospitals and the University system; modern firearms, industrialized civilization, classroom education for children, education of women, education of ethnic minorities, women's sports, the free-market economy, the USA, the Catholic Church,

architecture, the physical laws of nature, chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, laundry machines, automated textile manufacturing, cutting scrolls into pages and binding them into books, spaces between words, lowercase letters, paragraphing, punctuation,

International law, court systems based on physical evidence and eye-witness testimony, natural rights, antibiotics and most other drugs, all vaccines, efficient iron refinement and steel making, fossil fuel, nuclear energy, electricity, science, canonizing the Bible, the Christian church throughout most of the world, harnessing solar energy, hydro-electric dams, dining with tables and chairs, butchering meat,

space exploration, plumbing, refrigeration, cell phones, television, computers, aircraft, Band-Aides, microwave ovens, petroleum mining and refining, automobiles, toilets, toilet paper (one of the best inventions of all time, and one of the draws the West has on Muslims; in Islamic nations toilet paper is referred to as diabolical western evil on a roll!)

White people give more money to charity, educate more children, provide more medical assistance, devise more cures for disease, and invest more in third-world nations' economies than any other group. The Catholic Church is the largest medical provider and the largest educator in the world.

I've only made the most brief list, but in truth, white people have added almost everything worthwhile to the world. There are a few exceptions. The original manuscripts included in the Holy Bible were transcribed from God by non-whites.

It is exactly in the plan of Satan that--after whiles have built industrialized civilization--other cultures want to kill whites off and steal everything for themselves.

It's true. Why is it arrogant? The US doesn't need immigrants now. You're just skirting the issue, by name-calling. We have plenty of people. Why do we need more? We can use our resources to take care of existing citizens.

There is no intrinsic reason to allow immigration for the sake of itself. And any other nation can adapt the US Constitution to itself, and make it the law of their land. Then, they can have prosperity too. It's not the fault of the United States that other nations won't adopt our form of government.

Why should we suffer because of it? I'll tell you why, because immigration builds an ethnic-minority underclass voting block democrats require for political survival.

I missed that memo. I have voted primarily Republican since I was able to. Only recently have I begun to have second thoughts because of the Party's drift to the left. I am as Conservative as it gets.

Did I get my facts wrong? I don't think I said anything incorrect. As Jesus said, "Who can prove me wrong?" If you can, then do it. Otherwise it's just hot air.

I believe what I wrote is the truth. But beliefs left unchallenged are worthless. Therefore, I put mine out there for criticism; rational, constructive criticism. And, one final note: prose cannot be arrogant. Arrogance is a human trait inapplicable to the inanimate. So, calling my prose arrogant is just an indirect way to attack the writer.

Not that I mind. It proves me right when no substantive criticism can be offered.

See what happens to your fast food restaurants, lawn services, etc. if there are no immigrants to work those jobs that Americans will not take.

I think it's a myth that jobs exist that no American will perform. End the food stamp program, and we'll see how many of those jobs go unfilled. If people want social-welfare, they can live in work camps, in tents, perform agricultural work, eat in a cafeteria tent, with no liquor or drugs permitted, separate women's and men's quarters, but anyone is free to leave at any time.

That would cut the welfare rolls down to about 5% of what it they are now. It would put a lot more Americans to work. And it would end the US dependence on Mexican labor.
