A member is very sick

    That sure takes a lot of organization! I'm praying for everything to go smoothly, and that Gayla has a wonderful time with all her family. God bless all of you!

    Gayla is home

    We got everyone to Oklahoma, but not without a few extra twists thrown in.

    On Tuesday, (15 July) Gayla was driven to Atlanta [4 hours] in a modified chruch van (modified to hold a stretcher in place), then flown to Tulsa,OK, with a refueling stop in Tunica, Mississippi, in a Cessna plane. Then a 2 hour drive to Okla. City via the hospice transport. They had to land in Tulsa because the pilot could only have a limited number of hours in the air.

    At the last minute arrangements had to be made to get husband Carl flown via airliner to Okc. He had been told that he could fly w/ Gayla, but Monday afternoon he was told that that would not be possible. We started scrambling for a solution, but God already had one. Because the hospital had known this from the beginning but had not communicated it, they arranged for a flight for him, and paid for it also. {{Ain't God good?!! }}

    Thanks for the update...and God is good

    God had already made arrangement for her husband airflight and to add a extra blessing at no charge.

    Praying for all the families of Gayla and Carl may this be a special time for them all and may God comfort them too. We know God can do a mighty miracle still!

    As her husband let me say thank you for the prayers and please don't ever stop! :) I'm humbled sometimes and am in awe that countless numbers of people are praying for my wife and more than likely won't meet a good number of you until we get to heaven...

    While we're praying, I'm in major need of a job!...Thanks again to all and thank God for prayer warriors!:praying:
