Sad, He might have been an uniformed foul mouthed idiot, but is it a laughing matter that he might be in hell right now? What if God had taken you out of this world when you were still a foul mouthed drunkard or whatever you were before you got saved, would it be funny then? I'm not downing you but, it isn't even remotely funny when someone dies probably lost.

Did you visit the link and view the comic strip? Yes indeed it is sad that a soul has been turned into hell. The cartoonist turned Carlin's own words about God around and made a joke. That is what was humorous not the fact that Carlin is in God's hands. You'll also note that I expressed my sorrow with the sad smiley in the title of post #19. I think that should count for a tear or two...
