I UNDERSTAND. AS I SAID, I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE SAYING THAT ABOUT HER. SHE LOOKS GOOD UP AGAINST WHAT WE'VE HAD! AND, SHE'S KEPT US OUT OF ANOTHER ECONOMICALLY CATASTROPHIC WAR.

But, if you're one of these crackpot right wingnut cases that are convinced it's the endtimes/last days and it's useless to think/plan for the future because there is no future someone like Hillary as SOS doesn't fit into your scheme of things.

Personally, I like her.

[edit] In short, I think she has actually had the welfare of our Union in mind while performing the duties of Secretary of State.
Not a real fan of hers, but understand your point. She would have certainly been better than who won the 2008 Democratic nomination.

I hope the Republican Party takes this advice! It will make it a cake walk for President Obama.

You wish. And wouldn't it be great to have the corrupt Eric Holder as AG for another 4 years, among other corrupt hooligans that are in this administration. :tear: Kiss your country goodbye if you haven't already....

I often agree with you but not this time. Specifically, I would strongly prefer that most of the people listed NOT be on his staff.

That being said, that is the problem with such a strategy. It simply creates way too much division internally and also creates additional targets for the opposition. Plus, there is all the time and effort to properly vet each of the candidates.

I prefer some others than what is on the email list, but I think the strategy is great - most of the people on that list have been vetted already in one way or another. And most are strong conservatives. Far cry from what we have now.....

How can one who professes to be a follower of Jesus Christ advocate the likes of Obama. This man fought against a bill in the Illinois Senate that would protect babies alive after an abortion. He is the nearest thing to a murderer to occupy the White House.

He is not the president and never has been, he is the perpetual candidate.

Just curious, what would you think if Romney kept her on?

That is a good question. I do not think he will. I will put it this way. If Mr. Romney wins a majority of the electoral college, part of what goes along with his election is his right to use his judgement to choose who he wants to be SOS. When we vote for a President, we are entrusting him to make a Cabinet that will serve the people well. In other words, that is his call, and we should support his decision through the vote we cast for him.

Obama kept Bush's Secretary of Defense. I am sure there are other examples in history.
