I often say, that I do not pray enough: And go on to publically admit this and announce that none of us are praying enough.
Therefore, I am praying all the time(and that is still not enough)!
I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get into a “prayer rut”, where I am just going through the motions, and reciting my prayer list(like every good Christian should do), and not really paying close attention.
Well this morning, the Lord reminded me once again(but in a much clearer voice), that as I am praying, that those requests are going right before His throne!
And I once again realized, just how “powerful” our prayers are.

Now although there are some rules, in the area of prayer, that we need to take very seriously; Once these rules are met, we are in direct communication with the LORD God Jehovah(the Creator of the universe), every time we say, “Dear heavenly Father...”.
Here are just some of the Scriptures, that tell us to be praying all the time.
Remember, you have not because you ask not..........
1 Thessalonians 5:17
“Pray without ceasing.”
Colossians 4:2
“Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;”
Ephesians 6:18
“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”
Luke 21:36
“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.”
Luke 18:1
“And he spake a parable unto them [to this end], that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;”
Romans 12:12
“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;”
1 Peter 4:7
“But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.”
