A True Public Servant Deals Trump a Crushing Blow

I got out of the horse business once the PTSD was under control, heh. I miss the forced activity of chores, but I’ve got a lot more money since they left the building, so I don’t have two flicks of the horses tail to give either.

"Building on already ample evidence of presidential wrongdoing, Taylor’s testimony means that Trump will be impeached in the House. It will then be interesting to see whether the Senate, in adjudicating Trump’s case, stands up for integrity and national purpose, as Taylor has, or emulates Sondland and Giuliani by acquiescing to the president’s misdeeds."

Ken, I think you hate Trump because he doesn't go around stomping on the freedoms of the American people. Admit it, you voted for Gary Johnson who thinks the government should shoot Christians in the head if those Christians refuse to engage in sodomite speech.

I almost never agree with ken but this post is just stupid.

Do you have a link for that? I have never heard of such. That is a brand new accusation to me.

I think you are running around like a raving lunatic right now. Why are you so angry?

Yeah, a "true public servant" who has problems with the foreign policy of the United States under President Trump. The POTUS sets foreign policy, not the State Dept.

But not so fast Bucko. In addition to his disagreement with the President on foreign policy, this guy is up to his neck in dealings he has had with the Ukrainian company Barisma as they have funded many of his activities.

As for Giuliani, many President's have had private citizens acting with foreign governments on their behalf. Woodrow Wilson, FDR, Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan are among several chief executives who have not relied fully on the State Dept. for dealings with foreign entities and have had their own picked person as the point man in dealing with those abroad.

Why did Trump's Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, pick him for the job in May?

I have no idea. He (Pompeo) should have known about his ties to Barisma, that he was not an above board public servant unobjectively serving the present government, and an apparent disgruntled Democrat hack.

He has served every administration, Republican and Democratic, since 1985.

Yet only now has he taken center stage against a duly elected President. Makes one wonder what he has been actually doing behind the scenes all those years.

Maybe you should ask Secretary of State Pompeo who pulled him out of retirement.

Gary Johnson:
Q" You think it's the federal government's job to prevent—
A: "Discrimination. Yes."
Q: In all cases?
A: "Yes, yes, in all cases."

"I mean under the guise of religious freedom, anybody can do anything.... I just see religious freedom, as a category, as just being a black hole." - Gary Johnson. Johnson knows the power of government comes from the gun. Ergo, he wants the government to shoot in the head Christians who refuse to engage in sodomite speech. Why do you need a link? You, of all people, should know the Libertarian Party is pro-liberty like Antifa is pro-free speech, or the Democrat Party is anti-racism.

Discrimination is the definition of Freedom.

What is a "true" public servant?

Remember when Hillary bragged about her "great and unmatched wisdom"?

What about when Hillary talked about the "phony" emoluments clause? You know, that "phony" part of the United States Constitution??

You will never hear this sort of narcissistic, unpatriotic ignorance from President Trump.

Yeah but I just joined in February and look at my like to post ration since then. I think Wingman is on to something there.

But Ken has posted more over the years and little since he came back. He agrees with abolishing the SBC's ERLC and calls for economic sanity. What would you say to a thread about a house divided against itself? I'm a Taft Republican and Libertarians have cost the GOP some victories here in Indiana. I think social issues are important. I want Indiana out of the state lottery business. I want new mental hospitals. I want hobo jungles broken up; Indianapolis finally started arresting transients during cold spells because of the high medical costs of treating frostbite or amputating because of it. You cannot live in an oasis of plenty surrounded by a ditch filled with victims of depravity. As General Booth said, the key to Christianity is: OTHERS.
