The divide and angst between Orthodox Jews, and the Liberalized Jews is growing rapidly. The Liberalized Jews, in their arrogance, desire to domineer the Jews that are truly seeking God. I strongly suspect that Jacob's Trouble is an internal struggle between the Jews that are genuinely seeking God that are blinded to the truth of Jesus, and the Jews that despise God and His precepts. I believe the latter would embrace the Antichrist in a heartbeat, and are already willingly aligned with the world.

I looked at the OP incorrectly and got the date wrong. The boxing thang was on the 8th rather than the 18th.
