Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl said the indictment of Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), who is a strong supporter of Israel and opposes President Barack Obama going ahead with an Iran nuclear deal without congressional approval, will make it harder for Republicans to persuade other Democrats to go against the president and override a veto on Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) legislation calling for congressional oversight.

This administration is willing to go to any length at all to get this Iran deal. We must wonder why given he is giving Iran anything and everything they want and getting nothing in return.

Obama is willing to even destroy anyone who goes against him. The most dishonest and corrupt President in American history.

The Democrats want Iran to have nukes and to use them.

It will be interesting to see if the Democrats go after that crook Harry Reid, who also took money and plane rides from the donor to Menendez.

You remember it was Carter who deposed the Shah and installed the Islamist terrorists. Carter still takes money from any Jew Hater with a penny.

What does that have to do with the Obama administration intimidating anyone, especially democrats, who oppose the Iran nuke agreement?

What is wrong with striving for peace. Why does the GOP always opt for war?

How can you continue to post these gross falsehoods with a clear conscience? Are you a pathological liar?

A lot of people agree that it could never have happened without Carter.

from the Blaze:
Carter pressured the Shah to make what he termed human rights concessions by releasing political prisoners and relaxing press censorship. Khomeini could never have succeeded without Carter. The Islamic Revolution would have been stillborn.

Under Carter’s predecessor, Richard Nixon, the U.S. had enacted what became known as the “Twin Pillar Doctrine.” His approach was to establish American military substitutes in various regions, especially in Iran and Saudi Arabia, to deter the Soviet Union and provide protection for U.S. interests. Iran received such a designation and was thus guaranteed access to U.S. arms in abundance.

Carter perceived Khomeini as a religious holy man in a grassroots revolution than the founding father of modern terrorism. Carter’s ambassador to the United Nations, Andrew Young, said” Khomeini will eventually be hailed as a saint.” Carter’s Iranian ambassador, William Sullivan, said, “Khomeini is a Gandhi-like figure.”

Thanks! I had forgotten about Andrew Young's endorsement of Khomeini. The liberals on this board engage in deplorable tactics and say that any disagreement with them is anti-Christian. CTB says that the indicted Cuban-American Senator from New Jersey is a Republican. He will never apologize for his error. It is interesting that Harry Reid, who apparently was beat up by his brother, took as much or more from the doctor who donated to Menendez, but Reid supports the selling out of Israel in order to avoid war but it looks as if Iran is going to attack anyway. Yemen is too close to the Suez Canal to be allowed to be a part of Iran.

John Kerry should resign or be fired.

Menendez said yesterday on Fox News that he was not backing down. I suppose time will tell. Actually there is no reason now for democrats to back Obama.
