No one on this board knows any member of AC/DC. They do not know their faith or if they have one.

One can make a reasonable judgement about a person based on their actions.

I cannot think of the reference, but if I remember correctly, there is a passage in Scripture that tells us that we can know someone by their fruits. ("By their fruits we shall know them."(?))

Yes, I fully understand context and that is why I cited the scripture I did. Thank you for outlining the full import of its message as that is what was meant to apply here as it seems people are judging AC/DC because of their job, etc...

God see's a persons heart. No one on this board knows any member of AC/DC. They do not know their faith or if they have one.

Where is mercy when a report such as that in the OP is brought to light? Where is compassion?

Instead, there is judgement, condemnation, inferences, implications, and accusations.

1 Cor. 5:12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? 13 God judges those outside. “Purge the evil person from among you.”

We are called to discernment. I believe that we are called to discern based on the works (actions...words and deeds) of people because we cannot truly know their heart. We don't know the status of the band insofar as whether or not they are saved...but based on their proclamation it is probably fair to conclude they are not.

Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, 1 John

Did you not make a call? I strongly "as others" disagree with your call "judgment" on this issue.

I see you are confused as to what is judgment in the context of my remarks. That's unfortunate.

I think someone has to ask themselves if they know more than does God as pertains to the souls of the members of AC/DC.
As long as they are alive they are able to come to repentance. If they are not already Christian that is.

If you wish to stand in judgment of those men you do not know that is your prerogative. But do not attempt to pull me into your sin with the unwarranted accusations that you've made in this thread and toward my person.

That's all I have to say on the matter.
