I wonder, are you lot as ready to throw stones at nonbelievers for other sins as you are for teh Big Gay.

We hold nonbelievers to different standards than we do other believers, that is Biblical.

Homosexuality is a favorite sin of many believers because it’s the easiest to get self righteous about. If you aren’t homosexual it takes absolutely no effort to avoid that sin. Great job. I’ve heard sermons preached on this that might effect 0.5% of the congregation. Meanwhile, you probably pews full of divorcees, alcoholics, glutttons, liars and adulterors.

It is not hard to understand, unless you wish it to be so. I am merely advocating living a Biblical life upholding God's word.

What does the Bible say? I think it is pretty clear. In this day and age we cannot just say it is normal or whatever, Satan is on the attack, he smells blood in the water, the time is short. WAKE UP! This is war and we are to be soldiers of our KIng, no time for fence riding. Read your Word, follow it, make it your rule.

God, throughout His revelation, magnifies the cause and effect of sexual sins. Perhaps because these sins are the most universal of all sins. Most people, at one time or another, have had or do have a compelling desire to have sexual relations. Desires to imbibe, steal, smoke, etc. do not control our actions as sex does.

Sexual sin can occur without any other person being aware of it taking place.

[Mat 5:28 ESV] 28 But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

The problem is that it is the only sin that people match for and who demand scriptures accept it as not being wrong anymore!
When have you seen a murder pride parade, or child abusers accepted and honored in pulpit?

Good point. If this thread were a discussion of tax cheats, thieves, and murderers it is unlikely that anyone would criticize anyone for it.
