Ah ... now I better understand your sensitivity to the anti-cv-vax. thanks.
more noise, that's for sure.
kinda like what our immune system has to filter/sort with the billions of spike proteins we're self-generating in order to be effective against the 'rona AND everything else.
I encountered this site ... I guess it's a function of connectivity (?) ...
down the page ... there's a study by a researcher I don't know but his conclusions are alarming and the possibility he may be so much as close to 'right,' is problematic ... kill 117 children to save 1.
so the challenge is to remain calm ... respectful ... and avoid giving the appearance of questioning motives. I mean, if we can't agree that we should be striving for the defeat of a virus, then what are we doing?
the WAY in which we attend that, however, brings radically different approaches.
I liken it to the arguments about teaching spin recovery in an airplane or not. It's a dangerous maneuver ...
the argument for spin recovery was ... greater airmanship/understanding of recovering from a bad flight condition
the argument against it was ... teach "don't lose your airspeed."
Well ... we all teach the latter ... but stall recovery remains part of the desired learning objective and rightly so ... sometimes stuff happens. But they (FAA) still revoked the DLO of spin recovery so we've generated a lot of civilian pilots who do not know how to recover from a spin.
the argument to maximize the vaccinations overlooks the need to maximize knowledge of maintaining a healthy immune system
the argument for maximizing the immune system's health tends to reduce the importance of a vaccination program/schedule.
But the training program for student pilots still had the objective of producing a qualified pilot.
The advocation about vaxes and immune systems, at an individual's level anyway, has the shared objective of being/remaining healthy. Yes, I presented the best scenarios in reverse order from each other ... the first and the last.
With the internet, the more "information" we have sometimes it seems the less we know.
