An American citizen who immigrated from Africa has slammed Black Lives Matter protesters as "a joke," saying BLM activists are the true "racists" in America.

Black Lives Matter mobs are "the racists" because "when black people kill black people, they don’t come out and do this crap," African immigrant Nestride Yumga told BLM protestors

"The only time they do this crap is when a white person does it,” Yumga added.

"Black Lives Matter is a joke. You are the racists,” Yumga blasted as BLM protesters marched near her home in Washington D.C.

The Bible effectively ends all of this argumentation among people - “You’re evil!” “No, you’re evil!” “You’re a racist!” “No, you’re a racist!”

God says,

“What then? Are we Jews any better off? No, not at all. For we have already charged that all, both Jews and Greeks, are under sin, as it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one.” “Their throat is an open grave; they use their tongues to deceive.” “The venom of asps is under their lips.” “Their mouth is full of curses and bitterness.” “Their feet are swift to shed blood; in their paths are ruin and misery, and the way of peace they have not known.” “There is no fear of God before their eyes.”” - Romans‬ ‭3:9-18‬ ‭ESV‬‬

That demonstrates that the Bible starts the argument by exposing evil—it ends neither.

Sure it does. If anyone thinks they can go around the Internet spending their time condemning sin in others without acknowledging their own sin, then they need to be aware that God condemns self-righteousness. Behold, God says,

Luke 18: 9 He also told this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and treated others with contempt: 10 “Two men went up into the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee, standing by himself, prayed thus: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I get.’ 13 But the tax collector, standing far off, would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner!’ 14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified, rather than the other. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Sure it does.
You’re missing the point. The Bible isn’t what stops either the argument or the evil. People have not stopped sinning just because God says it’s wrong. There's obviously much more to it than that. And we know that both from reading the Bible, and from living in this world.
