Juries are known for NOT following court rules in certain kinds of cases. Juries are quick to find mothers guilty if there is any POSSIBILITY that they used drugs. Many mothers, especially poor mothers, are blamed for their miscarriages and every defect, no matter what they do or do not do.

There are members here that know about house building regulations. They can look at a house and KNOW that basic regulations were not met, even if they cannot name the codes without research. We are all responsible to God for how we spend our time. No one wants me to pull up the court cases. The law doesn't matter here, just like it didn't matter to the jury.

My sadness is greater than this court case. What was done here is wrong, but I am too small to do anything about this. I have to just leave this and so much else in our father's big hands.

You continue to attack the members of the jury with unfounded accusations of impropriety.

You don’t like the law, you don’t think the woman should have been prosecuted, even though you acknowledge your own ignorance as to the facts of the case.

Instead of actually discussing the facts of the case or the application of the law, you make broad political statements of how this represents an ongoing assault on women who can’t get a fair hearing under the law.

Utter nonsense based on ignorance

peace to you

You know that because?????
My first clue would be because telling half-truths according to your biases is your typical MO ...and obviously she is being charged for the miscarriage because the authorities believe her drug use to be the cause of it. Of course your "logic" doesn't allow you to even consider contrary facts to your position.
The report said the miscarriage could have happened due to genetic anomaly or placenta abruption.
If the report added some speculation that aliens could have invaded her womb and caused it you would also attempt to make that argument too as long as it fit your abortion position narratives...

The medical examiner did not conclude that her miscarriage resulted from drug usage. The Trump-influenced DA claimed that in his unsupported charge. Who knows more about the medical situation, the medical examiner or thye DA?

Do you really maintain that the jury found the defendant guilty based on no evidence, no witnesses, just the "unsupported" (your word) opinion of the prosecuting attorney?

Guess what, when one does Meth while pregnant it will harm or kill of the baby, ...this is common sense truth. Those who harm or kill innocent unborn children should be prosecuted and held accountable, this is also true. Lastly, this boils down to placing value on the lives of the unborn and truth, a couple of areas that you should value more than your disturbing politically biased judgments instead of your obviously trying to skirt the truth in order to defend corrupt Leftist narratives that devalue the unborn at every turn.

Tell me. What was the evidence?
You are the one going on and on about the verdict as if you know all about the case. The onus is on you to demonstrate that the jury made the decision the way you maintain.

Your asking what the evidence was instead of providing the information would seem to indicate that you know nothing about the actual trial.
