AI And The Christian Mind

A simple search engine keeps a record of all the web sites and key words. It then will match your request key words to those web sites that also have your key words. This process is modified to give advertisers first crack at your request based on how much they pay. There are also biases programed into each platform to make certain beliefs, values, and even interests less responsive.

AI only knows what it finds on web sites. It has no knowledge of or interest in what is true, right, or good. By design it is somewhat obsequious in that the more pleasing it is, the more revenue it will generate. This can be a problem for those inclined to suicide or other dangerous actions.

While having the same biases and limitations of a search engine, that it seems to do more makes it dangerously deceptive. Mankind has always been vulnerable to alternate sources of "truth".

Agreed. I was merely pointing out the degree of AI saturation that is today's world. And pointing out the fallibility of using AI for Biblical research, hence the Berean Principle. The use of AI will only grow, in my estimation of course. Thanks for your reply.
