Alabama Supreme Court Rules Unborn Baby is a Person

“The use of the viability standard established in Roe [Roe v. Wade] is incoherent as it relates to wrongful-death law because, among other reasons, life begins at the moment of conception. The fact that life begins at conception is beyond refutation,” wrote Judge Thomas Parker.

“Members of the judicial branch of Alabama should do all within their power to dutifully ensure that the laws of Alabama are applied equally to protect the most vulnerable members of our society, both born and unborn,” Parker added.

Since they now allow abortion to the time of birth, what is to prevent them from extending it to after the birth or to seniors (of which I am) that they find of no value?

Actually, President Obama advocated killing the baby if he or she survived the abortion and was born.

Of course, they have to begin euthanasia if they are even to begin to care for all of the severe medical cases that are flooding in illegally to spare the rich Mexicans such as Carlos Slim who owns TracFone, part of the New York Times, a former newspaper, and is the main vender of ObamaPhones. Canada already has it. The socialists want Medicare for all such as Venezuela and Cuba have but the only way to pay for it would be to triple taxes and stop treating the elderly, as the UK has already.

Hillary herself went out of her way to push for this monstrosity:

Hillary Clinton, Cuomo tout stronger abortion rights in NY

Anniston is one of those places I'm considering moving to - a little upset at Alabama for electing that Doug Jones, who more represents the ideology of Seattle and Portland but they will kick him to the curb next time he's up:

Alabama State Senate Condemns Sen. Jones for Pro-Abortion Flip

Talk pro-life, vote pro-abortion only can work once down there but I do think voters faced a dilemma with that election as well and just chose poorly. NY state is out the question for me, saw a house there I wanted, looked up the property taxes on the place, 22k. Nope, then there's the NY state penchant for gun control and now this.

People are moving out of the East Coast. New Jersey is the number one state to move out of. Another is Connecticut. Also, Illinois. If you have lived out west (where men are men and women are glad of it as they say in Big Bend Texas), then you will find the East Coast as crowded, dirty, and expensive. Good luck.

ALL those states you mentioned are big abortion havens, and I know this list is already dated but, sheesh, look at number one:

How Pro-Life Is Your State? Here Are the Top — and Bottom — Ten

You get too far west, you arrive at the Left Coast (excluding Alaska), which is where I'm at. Montana and Idaho are much more conservative places, except now they are being overrun by refugees from here. Californians ruined the state of Colorado.

Thanks for the excellent post! I am surprised that Hawaii has gone so liberal and so destructive of life. Vermont was ruined by rich LGBTABCDEFGH and other rich liberals looking for the quaint.

Here in the rust belt we are going into sub zero temperatures tomorrow.

I guess that I would move to Williamstown, Kentucky, if I had the money and work for Noah's Ark. Kentucky is very beautiful and it is south of the mighty Ohio River.

Morally, there is no lower limit for the godless, other than a little time to drop to the next level, and for the righteous to yield.

However, there is a very positive emotional link for those who allow themselves to be exposed to the reality of the unborn. I've heard that an ultrasound of the baby can sway about 80% of expectant mothers seeking abortion to instead have their babies, even if they cannot keep them, but have to give them up for adoption.

Also, the younger generation may be more pro-life than any in a very long time, perhaps because they have seen the reality of abortion via the Internet. So there is still some hope. But they are also wrestling with a massive amount of evil influence via the Internet.

Also, Catholicism seems too weak to throw out baby killers. Cuomo is living in sin with his girl friend and has adopted Obama's stance on the permissiveness of live birth abortion yet Cardinal Timothy Dolan of NY refuses to act. It is thought that the Vatican is half homosexual and the American priesthood about 30% homosexual so don't look for much help there. Franciscans are thought to be 60% homosexual.

I believe that the aborted child will rise up in the judgment and condemn not only the mother that murdered them but also the father that with was not present to protest or willingly encouraged the mother to have an abortion because of their not wanting the child.

Nothing is too much for the totalitarians. They want complete control of everything in their midst. God will either start a revival in our country(something I have been praying for for 2+ years) or He will put us under someone else's rule before too long, imo.
