But that would be a bold faced lie! I'm not a Muslim. Rather than lie, how about supporting the Constitutional rights of Muslims (or any ethnic group) who live here, are citizens, pay taxes & fight / die in our wars? They have rights--- they are USA citizens. And that's good enough.

From a moral prospective, both are lacking. This would not happen if they were truly saved people.

Now if you are referring to the U.S. Constitution, it guarantees equal protection of the laws. Any federal law or policy that intentionally treats Muslims differently on the basis of religion, as Trump has proposed, would be unconstitutional.

As the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has recognized, “Religious discrimination,
‘by [its] very nature,’ has long been thought ‘odious to a free people whose institutions are founded upon a doctrine of equality."

There and again, I am not a constitutional lawyer, but I'm certain that organizations like the ACLU are just itching to bring to trial anything like this & I'm equally sure that it will be heard at a SCOTUS level...... so let The Donald have at it!
