I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2
For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4
Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6
Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

"all" means "all"......y'all

Yep, but to some it means all the elect.

Romans 10:12 says God is rich unto all who call upon Him. So, does all mean all as in everybody whoever lived, or all it in a subset?
I think this means that God is rich unto all (as in everybody who ever lived) who call upon Him. Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Joel 2:32).

Reminds me of the general knowledge text they used to give in Texas before a person could cast their vote in the election.

There were three people in line to vote.

1. A white guy.
2. A Mexican guy.
3. A Black guy.

The poll master asked the white guy, "Give me the month, day, and year of the sinking of the Titanic." He replied, April 15th, 1912. "Okay, you can vote."

He then asked the Mexican guy, "How many people died when the Titanic sank?" He replied, "1503." "Correct! You can vote."

He turned to the Black guy and said, "Name them."

I doubt if praying for all mankind requires you to name them all. :D :D

In context, He is rich unto all who call upon Him.

Yes, all receive goodness from Him such as life, spouse, children, rain, food, &c. But only those who call upon Him, truly rely on Him, He bountifully blesses. I think this is the proper context of Romans 10:12.

Yes, I agree. My point was that the "all" is clarified in the verse....i.e., all who call on God. That is, it implies all men with the benefit being to all of them who call upon Him (the second part pulls from the whole).
